Conovo is contract generation infrastructure for vertical SaaS platforms. Software platforms embed it so the businesses using them can turn the contracts they already send into a native part of the product: uploaded once, bound to the platform’s own data, then generated, validated and executed without anyone leaving the application.
Conovo sells to platforms, not to the businesses on them. Those businesses, and the customers who sign their contracts, never see Conovo’s name.

The product, in one paragraph.
Conovo is embedded contract generation infrastructure for vertical SaaS platforms. Your users upload the agreement they already send, it binds to the data your product already stores, and it is generated, validated, and executed under your brand.
The design commitment underneath it is narrower and more important than any feature: no model output ever lands in a generated contract. AI is used at setup, to propose which parts of an uploaded document vary and how they map to a platform’s data, and a human confirms every proposal before it is saved. At send time, resolution, arithmetic and formatting are deterministic code, so the same inputs always produce the same document. That is what makes the output defensible to the business whose name is on it.

Four things Conovo is deliberately not.
Not a law firm
Conovo is software infrastructure. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing it produces is legal advice. The contract content belongs to the businesses that create it, and it is their document that gets filled. Conovo does not write contract language.
Not a contract lifecycle management platform
CLM products are sold to the legal team at the company signing the contract, and users log into them directly. Conovo is sold to a software platform and embedded inside it. The businesses using it never leave the product they are already in.
Not an e-signature vendor
Signature APIs collect signatures on a document you have already produced. Conovo produces the document, and dispatches it through a real e-signature provider behind a swappable interface. Signing is the last step of the pipeline rather than the product.
Not a tool your users sign up for
Conovo is sold to software platforms, not to end businesses. The businesses using a platform that embeds it, and the customers who sign the contracts, never see Conovo's name, an account, or a separate portal.
